PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk, an international liquid cargo shipping company with operations throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Epure International, a leading one-stop water and wastewater treatment solutions providers in the PRC.

2005

11 IPOs Prime Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the largest IPO in 2005 with gross proceeds of about S$570 million. PEARL Energy, the first independent oil exploration and production (E&P) company to list on the SGX. Sarin Technology, the first Israeli company to list in Singapore, which provides proprietary technology to the diamond and gemstone industries.

2004

15 IPOs StarHub (144A), Singapore’s second largest telco and largest IPO in 2004 with gross proceeds of about S$460 million. Lasseters International, the first casino company to list in Singapore.

2003

12 IPOs Beauty China, a brand management company dealing in cosmetics and skin care products in the PRC. SP Chemical, a Singapore chemical raw materials company with operations in the PRC.

2002

1 IPO A transition year for August Portek International, a turnkey provider of equipment, services and solutions for the global port industry, as well as an operator of container and bulk terminals.

2001

10 IPOs Willas-Array Electronics, one of the largest components distributors in Hong Kong.

2000

26 IPOs 2000 was an amazing year for August as we led the market with a record 26 IPOs that included… Eu Yan Sang, a healthcare company with its core focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qian Hu Corporation, an ornamental fish supplier, generally regarded as the leader in corporate governance and transparency in Singapore.

1990s

32 IPOs Since the 1990s, we have been one of the two most active communications consulting firms in the IPO market in Singapore managing a total of 32 IPOs. These include Del Monte Pacific (144A), a manufacturer and marketer of processed foods and Raffles Medical Group, one of the larger private medical organizations with clinics, hospitals, and surgical centres.
