2005

  • Prime Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the largest IPO in 2005 with gross proceeds of about S$570 million.

  • PEARL Energy, the first independent oil exploration and production (E&P) company to list on the SGX.

  • Sarin Technology, the first Israeli company to list in Singapore, which provides proprietary technology to the diamond and gemstone industries.

2004

  • StarHub (144A), Singapore’s second largest telco and largest IPO in 2004 with gross proceeds of about S$460 million.

  • Lasseters International, the first casino company to list in Singapore.

1990s

Since the 1990s, we have been one of the two most active communications consulting firms in the IPO market in Singapore managing a total of 32 IPOs. These include Del Monte Pacific (144A), a manufacturer and marketer of processed foods and Raffles Medical Group, one of the larger private medical organizations with clinics, hospitals, and surgical centres.
